What is the shelf life of your insect repellent?
Our repellents have an expiration date printed on them, they have a shelf life of 3 years when stored properly.
What's your minimum order quantity?
For items we have stock, MOQ is one carton; For items need to be customized , MOQ will be 2 containers.
Is it possible to provide free samples to check the quality?
Yes, free samples can be provided to check the quality. You need only to bear the freight cost.
What's your shipping methods?
For samples we will choose express such as DHL,UPS,TNT,FEDEX and so on. For orders, we will ship by sea or by air, it's up to you, both OK for us. Normally, we will load the goods at Nanjing Port.
How long will you deliver the goods?
Usually 20-35 days after receive the deposit.Based on the urgent situation,we try our best.
What's the payment term you can accept?
Normally,the payment term will be 30% deposit after order confirmed, 70% balance against scan copy of original BL. If your quantity is big enough, we can also accept LC at sight. Besides, Paypal,western union ...... also OK for us.
Can I visit your factory? And how can I get there?
Of course you can. We extremely welcome you to visit us. Our factory located in the middle east of China. You can come here by air or by train, we will pick you up at the airport or train station.

So far, we export our mosquito product all over the world, especially to Africa, Southeast Asia.We also have Japanese and India customers are pending orders.
